Promisor & Promisee

Promisor,
the one who gives the promise....

Promisee,
the one who accepts the promise...

Well,
is promise defined in Malaysia laws?
got gua....lolz~ (mana i tahu, bukan peguam pun XD)

When a Promisor offers to do or not to do something to a Promisee,
there was an offer between Promisor and Promisee....

(DAC might be laughing at me now.....= =)

According to Section 2 of Contract Acts 1956,
An offer must be clear, definite and certain - White V. Bluett
An offer must be communicated...(Does it? haha..)

If the promisee accepts the offer,
there was an acceptance between the Promisor and Promisee...(Did you?)

What is acceptance?
According to Section 2(b) of Contract Acts 1956,
Acceptance is defined as unconditional and unqualified assent to all the terms of the offer.....(sudah lupa, said syok nia...XD)
Only know that the promisor must have notice of acceptance. (Did i? Nope...XD)

(DAC sure laughing at me = = .....Who cares!? XD)

If the offer is clear, definite and certain, and the acceptance is communicated,
there was a contract between Promisor and Promisee...

If pormisor failed to do what he supposed to do,
the Promisee could sue the Promisor for break of contract or damages....

Well,
come and sue me then, PROMISEE~
XD

For me,
the Promisee should keep the Promisor known of the promise....
That is Promisee's duty....
XD
